Searching for Balance

Searching for Balance depicts my longing for a natural environment that would balance my existence in an urban space. I used the images of my geckos and the plants I surround myself with at home to create an illusion of the world I can’t access in my everyday life.

This pattern is printed with natural dyes on cotton. The motif repeats only from top to bottom.
